Attack Fake Bank

A group called the 419 Flash Mob are conducting denial-of-service attacks against Web sites they claim are used by Internet fraudsters,according to Zdnet.co.uk report.
The 419 Flash Mob, supported by Artists Against 419, has declared war on criminals who host fake bank Web sites in the hope of luring victims to deposit money there. The attacks began on Wednesday.
Its website says,"Since December 2003 ten Flashmobs have been run. We succeded to shut down over 127 fake banks!"
"Our aim is to shut down 8 fake bank web sites in less than 48 hours!"

According to that website,some fake bank's hosts are in China,and they use same IP address.Such as:
