Spam?Yahoo Mailer

Does any body know about Yahoo Mailer? I am confused about why that website calls "Yahoo Mailer" but no any related with Yahoo, it seems a spam software.Its website is simple which just has one page,and it says can send ads every day to a potential 100 million Yahoo users all across the globe.

"It's 100% spam-free" It says,but I do not believe it!Its web-base service in Singapore.I checked its domain:

有谁知道Yahoo Mailer? 我很诧异它为什么叫"Yahoo Mailer"但与雅虎则毫无关联。它看上去是一个垃圾邮件的网站，页面也很简单仅仅一页。它声称可以每天向全球数以千万计的雅虎用户发送广告邮件，并且可以躲避垃圾邮件的过滤。我当然不相信，但是有谁对它更了解的请费时解释一下。
