How To Record TV Program Via TVAnts

I know many people watched TV program by internet, that is good for people who want watch TV from other countries. We have two ways to watch interent TV program: one is use browser to watch regular public internet TV program, another way is use a client that allows user watch internet TV or non internet TV station program. The first one is easy, done not need download any software if you have regular media player plug-in with browser. Second one is high speed and high quality but you need download a client.

I do not want introduce internet TV client here, I just want introduce about how to use TVANTS to download TV program.

The steps below:

1.Download and install TV Ants.

2.Download and install HiDownload.

3.Run TV Ants, and play the channel which you want to record.



4.After TVAnts start to play the video, click the mouse right-button on the window, select "Properties" Menu.



5.You can find the URL in the "Properties" windows, copy it. Look like that: http://localhost:16900/2.asf.



6.Run HiDownload, open the "Add" windows, input the URL, select "Window Media Streaming", "then clicked button. HiDownload will start to record.

我知道不少人通过网络观看一些电视节目，尤其是一些海外电视台的节目。要观看网络电视基本上有两种方式：一是直接通过浏览器观看；还有一种是通过客户端来观看。前者无需下在任何软件，只要浏览器具有一般的媒体播放器插件即可，可收看一些公开的网络电视节目。后者则需要下载一个客户端，好处是视频讯号比一般网络电视要强，还可以收看一些非网络电视台的节目。

我想大家对那些网络电视客户端很熟悉，中国的网络电视客户端在网络界是具有比较领先的地位，我在这里就不多提了。我想要说是TVANTS P2P流媒体加速引擎，也就是一个网络电视客户端，但是我不是要推荐它，而是想介绍如何通过它来录制所收看的电视节目。

具体步骤如下（参考上面的例图）：

1, 首先你需要下载和安装TV Ants客户端，其次是下载和安装HiDownload下载器。

2, 运转TV Ants，选择你想要播放的频道。

3, 当视频开始播放后，用右键点击屏幕，拉开菜单后找到"Properties"（属性)。

4, 在"Properties"（属性)中发现一个网络地址,如：http://localhost:16900/2.asf 拷贝该地址。

5, 运转HiDownload，在"File"（文件）下打开"Add"菜单，将拷贝的网址粘贴到“URL”栏中，在下面的“Streams”栏选Windows Media Streaming”，如果你想立刻下载的话可以在左下边的"Download immediately"(立刻下载)上打勾，然后点“OK”即可。HiDownload就会立刻下载正在播放的视频。

看一下上面我用TVAnts下载电视节目所下载的台湾TVB电视台的节目片断。
