TorVPN is a VPN provider that offers free and commercial accounts. For free users, it connects server through Tor Tunnel, so it will change your IP address at random. 1GB broadband traffic, uses OpenVPN client or PPTP protocol.
Steps:
1, Register an account.
2, Download OpenVPN client if you do not have.
3, Download configuration file, and extract it to your C:\Program Files\OpenVPN\config directory.
Last step is open OpenVPN client, type ID and password, it should be connected. PPTP is a simplest way, just set up VPN host: 81.94.177.10, use your ID and password, all done.
