Bitstrips is an online tool that offers a platform so you can create your funny page. It has several parts that lets you to create, like Comic, Character, Friend, Scene. If you have talent in this way, you may like it. For me, I have no idea how to do it, but I still can enjoy read funny page that created by other users. Everything just for fun.
