Picasion is a web based image tool that helps users to create animated photo. Like any web tools, it is very easy to use, just upload several photos, set up photo size and speed, click "Create animation" button. It will give out codes that you can copy and paste to your site. Take a look this animated photo below, I just created it by this tool. I think it is a good tool to make a small slid photo.
