ShellfireVPN is a commercial web service that major task is gives users some web services, like Teamspeak server, Mumble server, and Virtual Private Network. Recently, it opens a special server to everyone to use VPN for free.
ShellfireVPN uses a special client which combines JAVA and OpenVPN, so you have to download and install it, create an account if you don't have one. After you got a mail, click conformation link. Now you can sign in with your ID and password. You have to wait a while, it lets you upgrade your account all the time. After that, you can connect a special server where located in Germany.
I had tried, it seems a little bit slow, client has some language trouble, but all are free without limitation.
