Yakitome is a web service that allows you to convert text file to audio file without install anything. First step, you have to register an account, it's free. Secondly, choose a language. It supports English, Spanish, French, German. Pick a voice mode, speach speed, output mode (MP3/Wav). After that, you can type or paste text in to box, click "Convert Text To Speach". It has several input mode: upload a text/PDF file, from RSS, or use email. You have to wait to finish convert audio. It will save audio file in your "Podcast Library". You can click to play audio file. If you like to share your file with other people, you can set up file in public mode.
