Placeknow is a social networking site for travelers, gives users a good place where put all about local information around the world. You can register an account, check any place where you interested, follow somebody, upload your photos to server.
This is a brand new site that based on Poland, but use English. For a new site, it is not easy to attract users. I think if you are traveler, this is a good place to share your experience with other people.
